Ham Christmas dinner

This is one of our Christmas dinners we did for the families and businesses.

The ham is smoked bourbon glazed spiral cut, with our homemade sweet potatoes topped with marsh mellows, stuffing, dinner roll, with a side of cranberries to enjoy.

Our all-meat platters come with 1 rack smoked ribs, whole smoked chicken, 1 pound Brisket and 1 pound of pulled pork and delicious house made cornbread.
